Healing Harmony Project 2026 Vol.1――3年目の活動が始まりました

(English↓)✨いしかわ舞台芸術祭Healing Harmony Project (ヒーリング・ハーモニー・プロジェクト)2026、今年もスタートしました。
2024年元旦に起きた能登半島地震で住まいを失い、今も避難先の町で暮らしている方々が集う交流会を訪れ、能美市、金沢市、白山市の3カ所で、音楽と演劇、そして対話の時間を共にしました。
昨年のワークショップ参加者の皆さんも、サポートとして駆けつけてくださいました。
一緒に目を合わせながら歌い、言葉を交わす中で、「ひとりで寂しい」と涙を流される方もいれば、「何度も顔を合わせているのに、こんなに腹を割って話したことはなかった」と話してくださる方もいました。
Healing Harmony Projectでは、コンパッション(思いやり)を大切にした対話を通して、普段はなかなか言葉にできない気持ちを、色や物語、歌で表現していきます。
「今の気持ちはピンク色。」🩷
「普段は真っ黒だけれど、ここに来るとピンクになる。」🖤🩷
そんな言葉が生まれました。
人間が持つ素晴らしい想像力を活かせるのも、楽しめるのも、演劇の魅力の一つです。表面的な会話では見えてこない、その人らしさや思いに触れられる瞬間を、今年もたくさん分かち合うことができました。
この秋も、再び各地を訪れます。
そして10月25日、能登演劇堂でコンサートを開催します。

"My heart is usually black. But when I come here, it turns pink."
During our recent Healing Harmony Project workshops, one participant used color to describe something words could not.
As producer of Healing Harmony Project, part of the Ishikawa Performing Arts Festival, I recently visited three communities in Nomi, Kanazawa, and Hakusan where residents displaced by the Noto earthquake continue to gather for connection and support.
Now in its third year, the project brings together music, movement, theatre, and compassionate dialogue to create spaces where people can express emotions that are often difficult to put into words.
One participant shared that his heart usually feels "black," but turns "pink" whenever he comes to these gatherings. Others told us that, despite seeing one another for months, they had never spoken so openly before.
As both a Broadway performer and producer of this initiative, 1 am continually reminded that the performing arts are not simply entertainment. They invite us to use one of our greatest human gifts—our imagination-to foster empathy, human connection, and healing.
This autumn, we will return to these communities once again.
And on Sunday, October 25, we will gather at the Noto Performing Arts Center for a special concert. I hope you will join us in bringing love, support, and hope to Noto.
