Habit 2: Movement That Energizes You

Your body holds your energy — and movement is how you release it.
I cannot emphasize this enough: you don’t need an intense workout or an elaborate routine.
What matters is that you move your body in a way that feels good.
Stretch for two minutes. Dance for one song. Take the long route to your next stop. Roll your shoulders.
Breathe deeply.
Inhale, exhale. Inhale, exhale.
With each breath, your body opens — and so does your mind. When you move, you create space inside yourself for new energy to flow in.
So many of us live hunched over screens, shoulders tight, hearts closed. Just by lifting your chest, rolling your shoulders back, and opening your arms, you signal to your body that you are open to possibility, to joy, to life itself.
